visibel.ai

Can it use my CCTV?

In most cases, yes. visibel.ai connects to your existing IP cameras and VMS without replacing hardware.

Most existing cameras are compatible

If your cameras support ONVIF or RTSP, visibel.ai can likely run inference on them. We integrate with leading VMS providers and NVRs, so you don't need to rip and replace your infrastructure.

Step 1
Assess your cameras

We check camera models, firmware, RTSP/ONVIF access, and network topology. Most IP cameras made in the last 5 years are supported.

Step 2
Connect to visibel.edge

Our edge appliance or gateway receives the video stream. No video leaves your site unless you choose cloud aggregation.

Step 3
Choose your analytics

Pick the algorithm pack for your use case—PPE, fire hazard, queue, people flow, or a custom workflow.

Step 4
Go live in days

Configure alert rules, dashboards, and user permissions. Most pilots are running within 1–2 weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Can visibel.ai use my existing CCTV cameras?

Yes. We integrate with most ONVIF and RTSP-compatible IP cameras and NVRs. If your cameras are less than 5–7 years old, they likely work without replacement.

Do I need to replace my DVR or NVR?

Usually no. Visibel.edge can ingest the RTSP stream from your NVR or directly from cameras. For multi-site deployments, we can integrate with your VMS.

What if my cameras are analog or very old?

We can recommend a cost-effective encoder or targeted camera refresh. For many sites, only a few key views need upgrading.

Is the video sent to the cloud?

No. Inference runs on the edge appliance. Only metadata, alerts, and thumbnails are sent to the cloud dashboard if you enable cloud connectivity.

How long does integration take?

A single-site pilot is typically live within 1–2 weeks. Multi-site rollouts follow a phased deployment plan.

Not sure if your cameras work?

Send us your camera list or VMS details. We'll tell you exactly what's compatible and what the rollout looks like.
