visibel.ai raises $12M Series A to transform industrial operations
Leading AI vision startup secures funding to expand globally and accelerate product development for manufacturing and industrial safety.
visibel.ai, a leading provider of AI-powered computer vision solutions for industrial safety and operations, today announced the closing of a $12 million Series A funding round led by Sequoia Capital with participation from existing investors including Andreessen Horowitz.
The funding will be used to accelerate product development, expand the company's global presence, and scale operations to meet growing demand from manufacturing and industrial customers worldwide.
"Industrial operations are undergoing a fundamental transformation, and computer vision is at the heart of this revolution," said Dr. Sarah Chen, CEO and co-founder of visibel.ai. "This investment validates our approach and provides the resources to help thousands of workplaces operate more safely and efficiently."
Since its launch in 2022, visibel.ai has deployed its AI vision platform across more than 500 industrial sites, helping customers reduce workplace incidents by an average of 40% while improving operational efficiency.
The company's platform uses advanced computer vision to detect safety violations, monitor compliance, and provide real-time insights to help prevent accidents before they occur. Unlike traditional safety systems, visibel.ai's solution works with existing camera infrastructure and requires minimal integration effort.
"What sets visibel.ai apart is their deep understanding of industrial operations and their ability to deliver measurable ROI to customers quickly," said partner at Sequoia Capital. "We're excited to support their mission to make workplaces safer and more productive globally."
With the new funding, visibel.ai plans to expand its team across engineering, sales, and customer success functions, with particular focus on the Asian and European markets. The company also announced plans to open new offices in Singapore and Munich in the coming months.
