How we handle data
visibel.ai is designed with privacy first: cameras analyze behavior on-site, and only anonymized insights leave your building.
No faces, no identity
On standard plans, our models detect people and behavior, not identity. There is no facial recognition, and individuals cannot be identified from video.
Enterprise loyalty features
Customer loyalty on the Ultimate plan is available only for enterprise clients, configured separately under agreement, consent, and applicable data protection rules · still processed on-site.
On-premise processing
Video is analyzed on visibel.ai hardware (edge VE or VP server) at your location. Raw footage stays on-site and is never uploaded to our servers.
Aggregate insights only
What leaves the device is anonymous metadata · counts, zones, and trends. Reports contain statistics, not people.
Your data, your control
Retention, camera zones, and export controls are configured by you. Deleting data means deleting it everywhere.
Forms on this site
Information you submit through demo or trial forms (name, company, contact, and needs) is used only to contact you about visibel.ai services.
Cookies & site analytics
Our marketing site may use analytics cookies / tags (e.g. Google Analytics / Tag Manager and Meta Pixel) to understand traffic and measure campaigns. You can accept or decline via the cookie notice. Declining does not affect core site features.
